Go and Tell the good news!!

  It's been a bast getting to share with group one about the story of Jesus!

Having a cold treat as we listen to a story

We use this great book called The Jesus story book Bible it had great pictures and it goes through the being and the end of the Bible. I think my high light of this hold trimester is when we started talking about Jesus death and risen and then how Jesus told his disciples to go tell the new. 

When at last they reached the top of the highest hill near Jerusalem Jesus turned to them and said "Go everywhere and tell everyone the happy news"! "Tell them I love them so much that I died for them. It's the truth that overcomes the terrible lie.

 It's fun to see the kids get exited about what they just learned..We played the game telephone...

To help them explain how we need to be careful on how was tell other people about God.  I would give them a word like sponge-bob and some how the last person would get something not even close to what we started off with. It was a great way to show them that they can go and tell there friends about Jesus.

I look back on this trimester and smile as we get to see these kids fall so in love with the story of Jesus and know that these kids are going to grow up and someday go out and change the world in there own way!
